These sessions are compulsory and form an integral part of the clinic’s program.  During these sessions patients are taught life skills to help them manage their psychological disorder and to handle general daily challenges.  These sessions are evidence based and will help with your recovery.

A clinical psychologist will facilitate these sessions and will provide you with additional documents for you te keep and work through.  During the sessions, there will be time for discussion and answering questions.  It is however not mandatory that you take part in this, although we would welcome any comments and viewpoints.
